From the EP artwork which seems to formulate a mantra of human desires. Expressing the human objectification of Money, Power and Sex. We are definitely looking at a professionally crafted compilation. The art work goes well to accompany the title Street Dreams, which in full is actually “Against All Odds: Street Dreams Edition” which seems to read like a beginning to a new series. From the first track “Bud Nekkid” which sees the artist get on a harmonic beat as we find him reflecting on his journey so far and wondering if he’s making the right decisions in an industry that seems to only get more concentrated by the hour. All the way to the last track “We Getting it” which finds the artist directing his lyrics in a vibrant form as he dictates the opportunities that start to open for artists who work night and day to make ends meet and of course touches on the haters one tends to pick up a long this victorious climb to a new platform. We find an EP jam packed with one artists story of hustle, love, envy, money and hate among st others experiences and emotions, all given in different styles all in the form of music. If there’s anything to say, it’s that this well-defined EP is worth a listen or two.
